Rockefeller Group Business Centers® (RGBC) is pleased to announce the opening of a new business center in the McGraw-Hill Building at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, its second serviced office space in the highly desirable Rockefeller Center complex. The new 22,000 square-foot Rockefeller Group Business Center will combine innovative design with the classic amenities that characterize the Rockefeller commitment to excellence.

With 64 fully-furnished offices and 3 conference rooms, business leaders will have the benefit of a state-of-the-art communication and data platform, a host of client services, and spectacular views from the 42nd floor. In addition, a “members only” Virtual Office Club has been planned to provide both highly functional workspace and inviting lounge amenities.

Discounts & Privileges for Serviced Office Clients
All tenants of the new business center will be given a Rockefeller Center® Complex Privilege Card, which offers discounts at area attractions, restaurants, shops, and service providers.

Green Building
The new office construction will follow the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidelines and recommendations of the US Green Building Council.
