    With comprehensive responsibility for managing Rockefeller Group Business Centers' four locations, Howard's business acumen and attention to detail are apparent in his approach to everything from site selection and workspace design, to product development and client satisfaction. Howard earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from Western Michigan University, followed by a master of fine arts from the California Institute of Arts. He managed the blue-chip McKee Gallery in Manhattan for 16 years before joining RGBC in 1998 as operations manager. Howard's sensitivity to clients' priorities and needs—whether stated or implied—and his ability to manage a myriad of details while considering the larger picture has led to RGBC's reputation as a gold standard in the executive suites industry.

    A native of Long Island, David holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marist College. Following eleven years in hotel management and administration with the Marriott, Wyndham, and Hilton brands, David turned his passion for superb customer service to supporting his clients at Rockefeller Group Business Centers. Since joining the team in 2000, David's energy and vision have been important to its growth. He is active in the New York chapters of the Mexican-American and Brazil-American chambers of commerce, and the Lower Manhattan Marketing Association. A longtime member and 2011–2012 president of the Workspace Association of New York, David also serves on the board of directors of the Global Workspace Association.

    Blair handles business development and sales for RGBC's four Manhattan locations. Before joining the team in 2010, he was sales director for the world's largest provider of executive suites, and also worked as an online office space broker. As a result, Blair's insight into both the management and consumer aspects of the office suites industry is unrivaled. He has developed a strong rapport with the region's commercial real estate brokers and facility managers, with whom he has interacted productively for many years. A native New Yorker, he holds a degree in land surveying from Paul Smith's College in Lake Placid. Blair is active with the Global Workspace Association, the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, and bi-national chambers of commerce for France, Mexico, Brazil, and Great Britain.

    A second-generation native of San Jose, Joanne joined RGBC in 2004. Her prior experience in technical sales with AT&T and SBC, where she managed the accounts of major corporations, government, and educational institutions in Silicon Valley, gave her a profound grasp of communications technologies and how various applications can help businesses prosper. She holds a bachelor's in business from San Jose State University and a master's in organizational development from the University of San Francisco. Joanne is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of Silicon Valley (CREW-SV), and is active in Business Network International (BNI) and the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

    Mary Ann Walthers understands the importance of perfectly-functioning technology in today's fast-moving business world. Her in-depth background in software development and technician management prepared her well for the critical job of managing IT for Rockefeller Group Business Centers coast to coast. She pursued business management studies in her native West Virginia, and has lived in San Jose since 1998. She joined the team in 2001. A notary public, Mary Ann also provides that service at the San Jose center. Whether clients are tech-savvy or new to the game, they all benefit from Mary Ann's impressive abilities and approachable, can-do style.

    In addition to handling virtual office sales, Michelle runs the operations for our three New York City locations and serves as our NYC-based tech guru. She joined Rockefeller Group Business Centers in 2008 directly after graduating magna cum laude from Western New England University with a degree in marketing. With her special blend of client service skills and technology smarts, Michelle was soon promoted into management. She is a member of New York Commercial Real Estate Women (NYCREW). Beneath Michelle’s competent, calm manner lies a most enthusiastic football fan.

    Jaime understands the world of the small business entrepreneur first-hand, having previously managed the office of her family’s business before joining the Rockefeller Group Business Centers in 2008. Among the many hats she wears, Jaime conducts new client orientations when she works with clients to find ways to put our communications and technology capabilities to work to help them increase efficiency and reduce costs. A San Jose native, Jaime is proud of the Business Center’s LEED certification and never tires of the mountains views from the office balconies, or the shopping and restaurants of nearby Santana Row.
